Before you get started
A few useful
first answers.
What should I send with my first enquiry?
Tell us what the goods are, where they are now, the origin and destination, planned dates and your role. Include an invoice, packing list and existing customs references if available.
Can I send documents online?
Yes. Start with the relevant service page or enquiry form. We will confirm what information is needed and how to provide the remaining documents.
How much will the service cost?
We agree a quote after reviewing the shipment and required work. Customs duties, taxes and third-party charges need to be considered separately from our service fee.
Does this offer cover Northern Ireland?
These service pages focus on Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales. Mention any Northern Ireland movement in your enquiry so the appropriate arrangements can be reviewed separately.
